On March 25, 2014. SM Consulta held a seminar „Automation of business processes in the pharma industry,“ organized with the support of Microsoft Bulgaria.
The event was designed for pharmaceutical companies which want to achieve greater results in communication with the customers and to automate all the service processes towards them.
At the seminar were presented case studies and different activities were played out in various scenarios. There was pointed important topics such as example of how merchants can optimize planned meetings and conversations, how managers can monitor the activities of its merchants, how to increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and many, many more.
