Microsoft Bulgaria and SM Consulta held a seminar on „Management of business processes with Microsoft Dynamics CRM“
The seminar on June 4 was designed for companies dealing with medical equipment, supplies, materials, and those performing service work on that equipment. Presence was marked by diverse audience – small and large companies all interested in functionalities and capabilities of Dynamics CRM.
Special demonstration of the system was made by Nina Miltcheva, senior consultant at SM Consulta. Auditory were convinced in the fact that Microsoft Dynamics CRM is „Flexible, adaptable and capable of multiple customization system that allows traders to sell more, and service engineers – to prepare optimally effective service plans“.
