Create, update and archive individual study files - bachelors, masters and doctoral students. Up-to-date information on personal data, previous education, admission data, student status, exams and grades; printing of academic transcripts and diplomas; derivation of data for the Register of current students and PhD students at the Ministry of Education and Science.

Administrative services for students

Online application and ranking for scholarships and dormitories; automatic document generation; notification of terms and conditions for application, display of lists and payrolls. This module provides full connectivity with all other functionalities, which eliminates the need to re-enter information into the system.

Planning and management of the learning process

Introduction and management of nomenclatures with basic elements for the educational process - curricula, degrees, disciplines; planning of the educational process - creation of schedules and timelines, distribution of the academic staff by groups and peers; generation of examination protocols; monitoring and evaluation of the quality of the learning process.

Administration

Entering, storing and processing information about: suppliers and partners, requests for materials; automated coordination and approval of documentation, employee files, list of external experts and contractors, register of civil contracts. Supports the option to generate a calendar of events and notify stakeholders.

Teaching staff

Introduction, storage and processing of a centralized database with files of teachers and assistants with biographical and research information. Maintaining an up-to-date schedule of each teacher (teacher employment card) - disciplines, curricula, halls, students.
