SM Consulta is an approved provider of ICT services for voucher type 2, group 2 under the project „Voucher scheme for providing information and communication technology (ICT) services to SMEs“to OPIC 2014-2020, funded by the Operational Program „Innovation and Competitiveness“, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.
The purpose of the voucher scheme is to support the digitalization of Bulgarian enterprises by facilitating their access to digital know-how and technology. It should also encourage the use of new business models based on technological solutions, while helping companies to overcome the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as encouraging the creation of new business partnerships between the ICT and manufacturing sectors.
According to official information from the Executive Agency for Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Bulgaria from 10:00 a.m. on August 31, 2020 to 4:30 p.m. on September 30, 2020 Bulgarian companies will be able to apply for a grant under procedure BG16RFOP002-2.083 „Voucher scheme for the provision of information and communication technology (ICT) services to SMEs“.
Under the indicative program, the voucher scheme will support 450 companies with a budget of over BGN 9 million (BGN 9,180,000). Two types of vouchers will be provided to domestic SMEs: for BGN 5,000 without VAT for website or application development, and for 20,000 BGN – for digital marketing, process optimization and/or providing cyber and information security.
The application will be made through an electronically generated form through the Information System for Management and Monitoring of EU Funds (UMIS 2020) in Bulgaria. Companies applying for the procedure will have the opportunity to choose SM Consulta as an approved provider of ICT services for voucher type 2, group 2: ICT services for optimization of management, production and logistics processes:
- software solutions aimed at optimizing and tracking management processes;
- software solutions aimed at optimizing and tracking production processes;
- software solutions aimed at optimizing and tracking of logistics processes.
НServices for the use of software for management systems such as SaaS (Software as a service) are inadmissible, as the sustainability of the results of the voucher cannot be guaranteed and the result of the received service cannot be verified by presenting any of the relevant documents. The specificity of the service is related to the temporary granting of the right to use a software/module, and not to its acquisition.
